I am trying to integrate Zoho Cliq & Zoho Connect to achieve below:

Whenever a post is posted on the wall of a group under Zoho Connect, a message card is sent by a bot to corresponding channel.

However, it is found that I have to add the user who set up the connection into the channel to make the bot work. Otherwise, no message is sent by the bot in the channel.

May you advise what might go wrong? Thanks!
