ZOHO CONTACTS and ZOHO EMAIL

ZOHO EMAIL -- wouldn't it make sense to have all of my ZOHO candidates available as CONTACTS in my ZOHO EMAIL? I will study this further myself to see if there is a rational behind not having them as such, but it would make tracking communications a lot easier... In my experience so far, Outlook emails are not tracked by ZOHO and ZOHO Contacts are not easily accessible to ZOHO EMAIL that are tracked. As I have asked in the past, is there a ZOHO Recruit developer that is actually using ZOHO for recruiting purposes? And I do know the price appears to be right, but how many more people could be sold on using this if the functionality were a bit broader?
