Good evening!  I am having trouble connecting Zoho Forms to my Zoho Connect App (Workplace subscription - so not full Creator account).  Does anyone have ideas on how to make the submitted form feed into the app to creator a record?   Part of the trouble is that I need to have some conditional logic functions that I can't seem to make work in the forms within the App I created, that would be easier to accomplish in Zoho Forms. 

One example is for a formula field to calculate a field amount based on the following:

if it's personal transaction, the amount would be $400, if it's not a personal transaction, the amount would $545 if the gci is over $2724, or 20% of the GCI if the GCI is under $2725.   GCI (Amount) is a field, as well as Personal Transaction (Yes or No), but the formula kicks back that I can only have 2 conditions, not 3, and I cannot figure out a way to workaround that.  In Forms, you can have multiple rules and conditions, but I can't get that to create a record.  I would greatly appreciate some feedback or help.
