Zoho Docs 3.0 Version Released

 

Zoho Docs is happy to announce the availability of its new version 3.0, which offers a set of new features and enhancements .





With the release of the new version, we have made file sharing more tightly integrated and seamless, across all the office apps.   We have added a sharing feature, where users can now share files as a link both privately and publicly, by embedding the file link in a website or blog.

On the collaboration front, we have diversified the workspace admin role, making it possible to have multiple admins for a workspace . We have also enhanced the spreadsheet tool’s collaboration experience. Users can now open the same spreadsheet in a different window or tab and collaborate in real time across multiple windows and tabs. As for the presentation tool, you will now be able to see who is editing the presentation and exactly where they are working on it.  

Other enhancements in Zoho Docs include preview mode for images and PDFs, interactive comment boxes and the multi-level folder organizing and tagging functionality has been extended to shared documents. Spreadsheets are now auto-saved and you can change your settings to match your locale.
