Our team of 5 just started using zoho docs 2 weeks ago to keep our files together, all with admin access and 5G storage

One of our collaborators on Zoho docs for some reason cannot upload or create anything, but can only see what others have shared with him. Word document, jpeg, pdf, you name it, all are not usable.

 

the error message is : " file exceed user limit " 

what limit? he has not used any of his 5G, the doc he wants to upload is a one page word doc

Please help!!
