Zoho Docs lets you sync all your documents from cloud to desktop and vice versa. Any changes made to the document online will reflect on your desktop folder too. You can be sure that your content is always up-to-date with the latest changes made.
Syncing can happen seamlessly between two computers and the upload and download quota per day is limited to 1 GB respectively.

With this new sync option you can easily create / edit files from your Zoho Docs folder on desktop, even when you're offline. The changes you've made will automatically sync to the cloud when you go online.
Note: The documents created using Zoho Docs online editors will still be maintained as a link on your local machine and you just need to connect to the web to access these documents.

With the possibility to sync workspaces, Zoho Docs now makes collaboration easy. Any changes that are made to the workspace documents reflects on multiple computers where you have Zoho Docs installed. And every member within the shared workspace will get to see the latest changes made to the documents.
