Zoho Flow queued

So I started a flow yesterday that calls other flows subsequently once completed.  The process has been showing as "Queued" for almost 12 hours, and has not run any subsequent calls this flow would be making when it completes. Is there a reason why this is still "Queued" for this long?  I mean if it was going to Queue for 12 hours, i could hand enter the data faster.  Are your servers down or unable to processs the amount of traffic coming in?  I need to know because I cannot automate a process if the run could potentially sit in queue for 12 hours.
