What's Zoho PageSense?
It's a website optimization tool used to track and analyze website visitor behavior. You can use the gathered insights via Zoho PageSense to optimize your website content and achieve higher conversion rates than ever before.
In-depth analysis of forms and fields
By integrating your form with Zoho PageSense, learning about how people interact with your forms is simple. Key data, such as how your visitors interact with your form and its fields, is right at your fingertips.
Form metrics
Once you integrate your form with Zoho PageSense, you'll be able to view the following metrics in PageSense's FORM METRICS tab:

The number of unique website visitors, and the total visits made by them

The average time spent by your audience to submit a form

The number of visitors who have interacted with at least one field of your form

The number of visitors that have successfully submitted the form

The number of visitors that didn't submit the form
Analyzing these metrics will give you an overall picture about how effectively your form does the job of converting visitors into leads.
Field metrics
The data listed under PageSense's FIELD METRICS tab will give you an idea about how users have interacted with each and every individual field in your form. The following metrics will be listed against all the fields you've chosen to be tracked by PageSense:

The number of visitors who have entered information in the field

The number of visitors who have interacted with the field, navigated to a different section of your website, and then clicked back again on the field

The number of visitors who entered information in the field, partly or completely deleted it, and then re-entered information in the field

The number of visitors who have stopped filling the form after interacting with the field
How to integrate your form with Zoho PageSense
Log in to your Zoho Forms account, and navigate to Zoho PageSense under the Integrations tab. Start the configuration by choosing your portal and the project, and enter an experiment name. Then pick the fields you want to track in Zoho PageSense to complete the integration process. This will track your publicly shared and website embedded forms.

Zoho Tracking Image location
So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section. Hi I need to create a report that shows the most recent note added to each opportunity. This is so management can see what the latest update is according to the assigned salesperson. One workaround is to use the status field but this implies added manual work and mistakes as the salesperson would have to copy the existing status to a note before adding the latest status... otherwise the activity history would be lost. My current workaround is a report on Notes with Opportunities as the related module.
