Zoho Mail CC and BCC not working. I have tried multiple combinations amongst my domain aliases but emails sent as CC or BCC never arrive, not even to Spam. I have checked that the DNS is set up correctly in Cloudflare and have even received a DMARC report stating the configuration is 100% correct.

I have purchased 2 user licences, as we need to share a mailbox but without CC or BCC functioning, the setup we required will not work.
