Zoho mail is thrown in junk and being rejected by outlook 365

hello,
it has been around 2 weeks, that all my emails to Microsoft 365 are being rejected or being thrown to junk in clients emails. i contacted zoho. they told me to send and allow zoho ips at client s side.

this is not a logical or acceptable solution, as :

1.  first clients are not responsible for my emails. 
2. they are not professional to do the requested.
3. client is not always the person in charge to accept such request. the boss night refuse such demands
4. i cannot ask all my contact people or anyone i m sending an email to if, his email platform is outlook 365.

there should be another solution.
