Good Afternoon,
I have been having issues with being able to sync timesheets created from Zoho People back to Zoho Projects. The Integration Report feature does not allow for timesheets to be pushed back to Zoho Projects unless the users have been added as Task Owners in Zoho Projects. This is fine but, we are dealing with anywhere from 10-20 projects in a day with over 50-60 users that need to be added to each individual project.
I can't seem to find any updates regarding any progress made for this type of integration into the Zoho Projects field.
As a side note, some timesheets will sync over regardless of if the person submitting a timesheet has been added as an owner on the task but, will not allow some times to sync over for the same reason. (not being associated to the task in projects) so I am unaware of how this whole process is intended to work as it seems to do its own thing from time to time. Unless there is a step I have missed but, with referencing the online forums, information Zoho makes available and playing around with the various options, I am still unable to get this to work affectively. As an example. I have a project that currently has 126 logged and approved hours but, only 61.50 of them have pushed back to Zoho Projects. I should add that this particular project is one that has no task users associated but, picks and chooses which times to sync over.
All of the automatic pushovers have been set up but, unless I go through 10-20 project a day and individually add each user, it is not an effective means of syncing or of the time it takes to perform this action.
My Questions:
1. Can there be a feature added to the tasks to 'Bulk' update the users/owners etc.
2. Why are some times automatically pushing over for projects that have not had the individuals added to the tasks?
3. Can the feature be made either with association to a 'Team' or just simply have a bulk add option?
4. Can this be fast tracked as I see it has been brought up in the past?
