Zoho plugin and shared sheet-properties en some other questions

We work with zoho shared sheets to communicate with some of our customers about pricing.
On some non-public (for the customer hidden sheets) calculations are being made, and the answers are being presented in a worksheet that is openly shared with the customer.

We find that working in the zoho environement for big spreadsheets is not very user-friendly. We therefor have the zoho plugin installed and with help of this plugin we temporarily edit the entire spreadsheet in Excel, and save it back to zoho.

Our questions.

1. Currently sometimes the spreadsheet will simply not open at all in Excel with the use of the plugin. There is an errormessage indicating that one could try later.
If we try to export the spreadsheet manually from the zoho enviroment (loggin in normally in zoho), the spreadsheet will also not export to an XLS and report an error.
We cannot find any reason that the particular spreadsheet is behaving in such a way.
We have the same spreadsheet for several customers. Where the exact spreadsheet for customer 1 will end up with an error, the spreadsheet for user 2 (which is an exact duplicate of spreadsheet 1, exept for the customer name), this second spreadsheet will open.

Is there a way we can send in the spreadsheet to support to check what's wrong?

2. We find the plugin to be very slow. (Actually, also working in the logged in zoho-web-environement with our spreadsheets is kind of slow). Is there a way we could boost up performance?
Does Zoho have a premium sharing service on a quicker / more powerfull server?

3. When we work with the plugin, we assume that loading the sheet to excel, and saving it afterwards back to zoho will maintain the security-settings on the 'hiding' or readonly of the worksheets. Can you please acknowlegde that this is indeed so, and that we do not have any risk of exposure of the underlaying non-hidden sheets?

3b. Will there ever be an opportunity for the user to use Excel for editing 'his' part or worksheet of spreadsheet where he/she has writing rights?

3c. Will there ever be an button to upload a 'newer' version of the same spreadsheet by means of the importfunction? Currently the upload will always end up in an extra spreadsheet (and we will have to do the sharing/security setting on at least 10 sheets exactly over and over again, without ever making a mistake, which would expose our calculations?

4. We would very much like to see:
- Locked cells (to prevent users from accidently editing)
- Locked cell bounderies (to have the top 1 or 2 and left 1 or 2 cells to be locked always and be in sight when scrolling.

We have seen several requests for these options (question 4), but we would seriously ask you to beef up these options as soon as possible.

5. Macro buttons
Is there a way to make a macro button please? Currently we can only make macros that react on the input of a cell or sheet, and we would like to have a more intuitive way to give users the possibility to switch on options by means of a macro.

Last but not least: thank you for providing this wonderful spreadsheet sharing solution. Please keep up the good work.

Kind regards,
