I'm using Zoho Writer through Zoho Business. Please notice I'm behind a proxy.

However I'm on IE or Firefox, I frequently encounter an issue during saving or automatic saving. Zoho writer stucks on the saving and can't save.

On Firefox, a few minutes after the stuck, a window to connect to the proxy pop and sometimes the stuck is fixed sometimes not.

Do you know if I can fix that on my side? I can't change the configuration of the browsers.

If it can help you, this issue doesn't exist on Google Docs.
