Zoho sheet errors

The sheet i have and am sharing with 1 other user is having error messages. Only the user is receiving them every couple of mins. Error 500 and an error 12030. I was hoping to pay for this service in the future, but due to the nature of the business i cant afford to move my project over with these errors and their frequency. Is there anything you can do?
