I would like to inquire about the process for issuing a certificate for my website. Previously, I attempted to publish my website using a Zoho certificate, but I was unable to make the site publicly accessible.

Could you please let me know if an additional plan is required for public access? Additionally, I am interested in setting up automatic renewal for the certificate.
