Zoho Subscriptions API, can I have the entire customer experience be on our portal?
Hi everyone sorry if this is a dumb question. I see that Zoho Subscriptions has an API on it so was just wondering would it be possible then to have our own customer portal built ourselves, but using API allow customers to log in and then have it list all their invoices, make payments, view subscriptions and so on? I would assume so but just wanted to check, as my preference would be to use Zoho to handle the actual subscriptions and billing, but instead have the customer just do everything through our custom portal.
Was also wondering how that works in terms of viewing invoices or having them be emailed monthly to the customer. I assume it would be Zoho that's sending the invoices to them, but is it possible to not have that happen and instead have it be our website emailing them each month saying your invoice is available click here to view and pay it, where that then takes them to our customer portal to view it and pay it?
Our goal is really to have all of the customer experience be inside of our portal, where they can view their services, support tickets and so on, and just use Zoho or whatever invoice software we go with as the back end handling the billing and what not.
