Hello everyone, 

I have two questions which I would appreciate your guidence on.

1.  I have written to Zoho and they tell me no REAL TIME API access is available against completed surveys.  From what I gather the only way to get these in real time is to store the survey(s) in an external source ie anohter database and accessing these from there.  Is there anyway to get the completed surveys in realtime?  We have a case where after the person completes their survey we POP open a LOOKER report and need the data immediately to do calculations and present results.  Using ANALYTICS such has a lag of 15 minutes so this won't do.

2.  WHat is the recommendation for a WRAPPER portal for respondents.  Under ZOHO Surveys we don't have the ability to offer a username/password type area where respondents can see their own surveys.  My thinking is ZOHO CREATOR to offer a portal.  Any other ideas or suggestions?
