We presently use a cloud PBX voipfone.co.uk in the UK but it does not yet connect to Zoho CRM, so we are looking at our options.
Our requirements are as follows
- Screen pop for incoming and outgoing calls with tasks and
- Recordings to be accessible in Zoho CRM
- Call logging and reporting feature in CRM
Q1: I understand that several providers partnering with Zoho offer the above, such as Vonage and Aircall. Does anyone know of others?
However, my bigger concerns are as follows:
- I need a provider that allows users to pause records when taking sensitive data (payment)
- I need a system that allows us to assign an unrecognised number to a record after a call.
Q2: Does anyone know if these are possible with any provider or whether this can be achieved via API,
Q3: Does anyone know if the all above features can be achieved via API (ie how easy would it be to connect Voipfone to telephone even though thee is no official support).
