Zoho Writer

I've been trying to get into the Writer application all morning without success. If this service is so inconsistent, I don't believe I can continue to use and recommend. There is no other support posting about this issue, and the fact I can load the other apps tell me there's something wrong on your end. This is unacceptable, and I cannot run a team with things going "dark" without comment or response.
