I share a document with 5 or 6 other users. None of the users "lock" the document but when multiple folks try to edit at the same time, the app seems flakey. Sometimes the second user cannot edit the doc at all. Other times they can edit, but the edits fail to save. Sometimes the edits save, but the person that was in first loses their changes/edits.

 

Are there any best-practices I can follow to avoid some of these issues? Does the lock feature still exist? I recall seeing a padlock on the old version, but havent seen it in a bit.
