Be able to add On Demand Remote sessions to unattended access
While I am pushing this out company wide, being able to add a computer I connected in to via On Demand Remote would be helpful for PC's out in the field.
Waiting for customer consent to transfer files
Trying to send file to customer computer that is set up for Unattended Access. Message " Waiting for customer consent to transfer files" appears. What did I do wrong with the setup?
Export all essential data before Dec. 31st, 2018 to avoid losing it during our cleanup process.
You'll no longer be able to hold session-related data older than a year in Zoho Assist. Please export all necessary information and download essential session recordings from Reports to avoid losing data. You can export data from Reports as a CSV or PDF file by clicking Export as in the top right corner. To download the session recording, click Download beside the session whose recording you need to download. If you have questions about how to backup data, please contact us at support@zohoassist.com.
Silent Pre-Install for Run as a Service Mode
Hello, We are in need of a silent pre-install that we can run during our PC imaging process in order to pre-install the service for Run as a Service mode so that it is not necessary to upgrade to run as a service each time we connect to a user's PC for the first time. This would save us several minutes per support session, which is quite a big deal in terms of saving both ourselves and the employees we are supporting time. Every bit of time we take away from them by taking longer to resolve issues
Assist Desk Integration
Not sure if this should be a Zoho Desk topic or Assist but..... Whilst you can edit the email templates that go out to customers from Desk, when you initiate a remote session from within Desk, there is no way to customize that email. I would like to be able to customize that email. 90% of my remote invites are sent via Desk. Thanks.
Unattended Install on Mac Failed

Signed up for standard subscription Zoho Assist but it still says free version
Hi, I have purchased the Standard Zoho Assist subscription - but when I go into a remote session and click file transfer - it says I am still using the free version. How do I set the subscription version as the default ? Thanks
Run As Service Error -
I get this error when I try and Run Zoho Assist as a Service on a remote PC. I am evaulating this for use in my company. I have gotten it to work on a different computer, but I'm concerned by this. I did reinstall it multiple times to test.
Zoho Assist Shortcut Disappearing
After installing the Customer PlugIn it works and brings up the "join session" box but after a few days it stops working and brings up a shortcut is invalid message. This has happenned on several customers PC's.

Hello, I have created an account to use Zoho Assist. Features free plan for now are enough for me. My Panel shows me "Your trial version will expire in 15 days". How I change to the Free Plan? Thanks in advance.
Assist Desktop Plugin: Log in with Office 365 Credentials
Hello, I'm not able to log into the Zoho Assist Desktop client. At the logon screen (pic attached) it does not accept my Office 365 credentials, and there's no option to change the way you log in. I'm able to log into Zoho Assist online with my Office 365 creds just fine. Help? :) Thank you, Jade H.
Clear Sessions
Is there a way to clear the Remote Support sessions that are listed under the Sessions tab? I tried a few tests, could not connect, now they are just listed under Sessions with "Yet to join" under the Customer column.
Zoho Assist iPhone Support
Is there a minimum iPhone version the Zoho Assist will work on? The app on an iPhone 5c running 11.2.5 just stays on "Connecting".

Both Bulk Deployment downloads are corrupt
Trying ZOHO for the first time and both downloads for Bulk Deployment are corrupt. They are both zip files less than 1KB and won't open in Windows or WinRAR. https://assistlab.zoho.com/assist#/settings/deployment/bulk
Which level of assist will allow viewing without admin rights and remote control of keyboard/mouse?
I need to remote in to another person's pc, with them present at the pc, and without them having admin/install rights on that pc. I also need to control that remote pc's keyboard/mouse. Could someone tell me if free Assist offers these feature? If not at what level of Assist are they available, if any?
unattended can't access, suddenly require me run in service mode
why suddenly require the agent need to run in service mode to send alt + crtl + del? I tired click on "Run as service" button but it has no effect. Now I cannot login any of hosts, please help
AVG preventing load of the Unassisted Support URL
When I attempted to go to the Unassisted Support URL to download the exe file I got the attached popup. Is there a setting in AVG that can avoid this? Or another solution?

Unattended Access onto a MacOS
Hi, I am having issues connecting to macOS computers, it just sits in "You'll be able to access the remote computer shortly", until I log into a user on that computer and then the remote session works For me I use it to log into my work computer from home, So I cant keep the computer logged in all day Has anyone experienced this and how do I fix it?

Speed/performance of Zoho assist
Hi I think Zoho's entire suite is great and assist is a great program though I think there are a few features that need to be added to make it a real competitor to others like Teamviewer and Logmein and so I really do hope that development is on-going. Would it be possible to enable the support rep to determine the colour levels as this is a great feature in the other programs mentioned because it speeds up the remote response times a great deal. Zoho Desktop Plugin Freezing
Starting about 3 days ago, when I attempt to use Zoho Desktop Plug the application just freezes at "retrieving user details". This is happening on multiple computers. We have to log in through the web interface instead, which is not as convenient. Any idea why this is happening? --Rick

Vertical Scroll Bars Are Not Displayed ALL The Time on Remote MacOs High Sierra Systems
I have noticed that I remote into my MacOs High Sierra system, that certain windows do not display the vertical scroll bars. In order to navigate within these windows, I have to use the arrow keys to move beyond what is displayed in the active window. I have attached a screen-shot of one such window. Please notice that there is no scroll bar displayed even though the mouse cursor is hovering over the area where the scroll bar should activate. I am able to get around this by going into the General
"Shift" characters not working on remote OSX High Sierra

Session End Confirmation to Remote Client.
Hi Zoho Just wanted to make a suggestion regarding Zoho assist. I noticed when testing on one of my other machines, when the technician ends the remote session, the assist box on the remote computer simply disappears leaving some confusion as to whether the technician has actually left or still has control / viewing access. I wonder if it could be possible that a confirmation popup could be displayed to the remote client that the technician has now left the session and now has no control or viewing

I am trying to create Technicians who can access computers on my account. When I invite them I understand they must already have or must sign up for an account. When they do this they have a clean account without my unattended access computers. How do I make them part of my team. Tim
