Screen Resolution and Scrolling Issues
I have 5 servers that are all physically identical in terms of hardware (CPU, OS, software, memory). The only difference being the storage space. On 4 of them I unable to scroll lists, or see things clearly. The servers are running Windows 10 Enterprise
Cursor alignment
On zoho assist, the cursor is not aligned on the remote machine. We have to try to restart zoho to repair the problem, but the issue still comes back.

Zoho Assist Unattended Access prevent my Windows 10 Pro business computers to sleep (ever)!
Since I begin my trial period of Zoho Assist (Unattended Access) for business, I have sleep mode issues on all my business computer. In fact none of the sleep delay worked or even if I manually click the "Sleep" button into the Start Menu... After using the "powercfg -requests" command from Microsoft to troubleshoot sleep issues, I see that Zoho was responsible to all my sleep issues. Of course after uninstalling Zoho Assist Unattended Access from my test computer, the sleep mode returned to normal
TalkTalk blocking access to all zoho sites.
Whilst trying to access my assist portal, I was presented with a message stating it was being blocked. I tested several other zoho URL's and anything with .zoho.com is being blocked. Whilst I initially thought the problem could be solved by disabling the blocking feature, I realised there is a wider issue in that no Talk Talk customer will be able to join a remote session as https://join.zoho.com/ is also being blocked. This is a pretty big deal as the vast majority - more than 95% of UK internet
Selecting computers to add to groups
When creating groups, can we "select all" in the filter window - it is very frustrating adding them manually
RDP session on remote assist
Greetings, We have users who remotely access internal workstations via RDP from home. When we use Zoho assist to connect to their home computers we cannot see their RDP session. Is there a solution to that? Thanks.

BEWARE- Posted documentation and "solution" does not work for deployment
Followed the instructions to "easily" deploy the unattend agent for ZohoAssist. The batch file/GPO combination simply does NOT work, no matter what you do. The fact the posted instructions can be such a massive and obvious failure is unbelievable. All you SHOULD have to do, according to Zoho is point to the file share in the batch file. The batch file doesn't run. Period. Silent or not. Supposedly a developer is looking at the batch file. It's four lines. How long does that take? And how

Response time for unattended access increases when no monitor attached
I want to run a headless Linux machine. When I have a monitor plugged into it, the response time with unattended access is great. When I unplug the monitor from the machine, lag time goes to 5-6 seconds. Has anyone seen this before? Thank you.

Zoho Assist Mouse/Cursor not showing on video
Good morning, When I am using Zoho Assist and remote accessing a customer's computer, and recording our session, the cursor of the customer mouse does not appear on the video so I cannot see where he is clicking. Is there a setting or a way to fix this? Thank you
Unable to report abuse
A Windows support scammer called me and asked me to join a zoho session with ID 881151557. I attempted to report the session as abuse, but I was unable to proceed because the form would not accept my phone number. When I clicked "submit," the web page said "Enter valid phone number". I suspect that criminals are using zoho because they feel they get banned less quickly on the zoho platform. Please fix the "report abuse" form so these people can be reported and banned from your site.

Lost "View > Actual Size" Option

Unnatended remote acces power button instead of connect
