Is there an option to protect unattended access enabled devices with a password the tech has to enter before getting access to the device? In our environment, not all techs should have access to all devices.

We where planning to use Assist to give support to our customers but have found out that the app for customers is only in English. Are there any plans to localize it into Spanish? we have had to step back the plan and begin looking for alternatives
Number of Technicians
Hi According to the purchase advisor there were unlimited number of devices/technicians for unatended access. When I attempt to add a technician I get the message that I reached my limit. I only have 7. The heading says 7 or unlimited used but it suggests I need to ungrade my plan to add more.
Assist unattended computer passwords
I have added computers and segmented them to a specifically named department as well as technicians to the created Department. My question is how do I control and allow technicians only into specific computers and not all computers. Is there a way to set up passwords for computers added for unattended assist or only allow them into a specific Department? Thank you Jerry

We are currently using GotoAssist and considering switching to ZohoAssist. One problem that immediately presents itself is that only information on the unattended remote computer is the Computer Name and this cannot be edited. I may have multiple client computers and I need to identify the customer and function for the computer. Some customers may name their servers exactly the same! In GotoAssist, it is simple to rename the computer so that you can accurately identify the customer/purpose.

This is for unattended access devices, and I'm the global admin on the account. I used to just go to the 3 dots at the end of the row in the list of devices, there was a drop-down that allowed me to remove the device from unattended access (delete it), but now those dots are gone for devices that are offline.
