How does the webhook for subscription renew looks like?
Hi. I am implementing the subscription API and also the webhooks. I want to know after 1 month when a new payment is made what callbacks are made to my API (I am assuming that invoice created, payment thank you and subscription renew at least). So I can update on my side the subscription next payment date and other fields can you send me an example how the subscription renew payload looks like for webhooks and confirm that will be send when next payment is due and subscription goest to second month.
Add fields to "List all invoices"
Hello people, I'm retrieving all my invoices at once but this API entry responds limited information about the invoices. It doesn't have the subscription_id my invoice is linked for example, neither the write_off_amount. Is there a way of requesting "All invoices" and receive more than the default JSON properties? I could get one invoice at a time api/v1/invoices/{id} but I'm importing all invoices to my database so I can work on those. So I would have to make one request per invoice I have and I

Error message that is presented when a charge is attempted via stripe gateway of less than 50 cents.
There have been occasions with our changes that the total for the charge (due to promotions, coupon codes, etc) is less than the minimum Stripe charge of 50 cents. When this situation happens, there is no indication as to the nature of the problem. This situtation needs to be handled in Zoho Subscriptions and an appropriate message sent back to us/customer as to why the attempt failed.

Hi, I would like to use subscription, but it seems that Subscription items (products) are not synch with Zoho Books items. In Books, the item on the invoice is link to the GL account for revenues. Can I set in wich GL account will go the revenues in Subscirption? I have many GL account for revenues, I cannot only push into one account.

Help with Company based Subscriptions
Hi, I'm currently testing out Subscription in the sandbox, and am struggling to see if im able to use it to allow users to set up a company, that company then subscribes to 'licences' for my web based program, and then assigns it to their users. I want the licences to be grouped and invoiced for on a specific date, and money taken by direct debit. I intend this to work the same as Zoho CRM works. However, It only seems to allow for single user subscriptions and not any group licensing as above.

Suppose I sell web hosting. Every time someone subscribes to a plan, I want to add the web site domain so it can be automatically configured when I get the subscription_created event from Zoho subscription. If that person takes 5 extra emails as add-ons, where could I store those emails to be created automatically? We can add custom fields to customers, and invoices, but not to subscriptions. URGENT problem - Zoho Subscriptions charging cancelled subscriptions
We have a serious problem this morning with customers being charged even though their subscription has been cancelled. This is extremely concerning and we have a lot of angry customers. How has this happened and what is Zoho doing to sort the problem and ensure our customers are refunded? Best Way to manage single customer with multiple annual subscriptions
We have an annual software subscription and a client who will be purchasing multiple subscriptions (lets say 500) over next few years. For example, the subscription costs $100/year and the client signs up for one on 5/3/19, 2 in June (6/5/19 & 6/10/19), 3 in July (7/2/19, 7/3/19, 7/5/19), etc. We don't want to bill them $100 on each renewal date (1 in may, 2 in june, 3 in July, etc) as that would alot of invoices / payment activity as they eventually reached 500 subscriptions.
