Cannot implement Subscriptions successfully.
I have read around the community and have seen others with similar issues. I am getting code 2, "request passed is not valid.". I have reviewed samples and replies from Zoho staff and still cannot successfully create a subscription. Retrieving a list of Custom Fields Through the API
In the UI it is possible to configure and view the available custom fields on a customer object by going to the URL https://subscriptions.zoho.com/app#/settings/preferences/customer/customfields Is it possible to retrieve the information listed there through the Zoho Subscription REST API? I don't see a corresponing endpoint in https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/api/v1/

So how do people deal with a subscription contract. For example each plan shows headline advantages but what if the customer wants to see a more legal document showing exclusions etc. Also we may have the need to increase fees how do people handle this?
Redirect URL from hosted Payment Update page
Hi All, Why can we not redirect a customer to a specific URL after they update their payment details - surely this is a default function. It works for the main sign up hosted page so why not for the ‘update payment’ page How do you control where the user goes once they update their payment information? Thanks Gary
Best Way to manage single customer with multiple annual subscriptions
We have an annual software subscription and a client who will be purchasing multiple subscriptions (lets say 500) over next few years. For example, the subscription costs $100/year and the client signs up for one on 5/3/19, 2 in June (6/5/19 & 6/10/19), 3 in July (7/2/19, 7/3/19, 7/5/19), etc. We don't want to bill them $100 on each renewal date (1 in may, 2 in june, 3 in July, etc) as that would alot of invoices / payment activity as they eventually reached 500 subscriptions. Quantity editable on hosted page created via API
Hello. I started integrating my application with Zoho Subscriptions and I really like it so far. I need some help with the following issue. I want the quantity for the subscription to be editable. If I use the basic hosted page url, I can correctly edit the quantity. But I don't use the basic url, I create a new one programmatically for the user, so they don't have to input their account info again, and with this generated hosted page, the quantity field is locked. Why? How can I get it to work?

Hi there, I'm making some tests with Zoho suscriptions but I'm having some issue when I create the suscrptions the cost of the product its $509 mxn pesos that I will be charging each month, plus one time payment of instalation of 1000 mxn pesos. Turning off Prorating
Greetings! I sell a service that does not permit a prorated price. In other words, once you've bought the service, we charge you for the entire month. Is there a way to work around the prorating feature? Hi, We are a developed agency and we use contracts with hours for our clients. So we have a client that pays X EUR for 10 hours of work. Now we want to use ZOHO for all of our internal processes so we need a solution for this. Is it possible to create a customer contract (not SLA) where you can define hours in combination of tasks for a client. If I see it right, then there is no DATEV interface. The invoice export only supports CSV and Excel.
