Date wise Net Revenue Report
Zoho Subscriptions > Report > Net Revenue Report > Customized Report> Have two fields From date & To date. Subscription for an entire household
Our subscription service is based on household meaning that anyone in the household can benefit from the subscription product. For our needs there will be a main customer who would fill out and update the residents in the household, so he/she would be the only one needing to login with the customer portal and make changes. Templates and mailtemplates don't work
Dear team, I attached templates to my contacts and email notifications to my products. So everything was ready to go. This morning all invoices where sent out and they all used the same template and the same email notifications. This means that allot of wrong invoices where sent this morning. How is this possible? It ended a while back while I still had active subscriptions but I decided that I do not want to continue using it as it performs most of the tasks that Zoho Invoice performs. Session based subscription
Hi, Is it possible to cater for the following scenario: Software with a costing model of a set number of uses on a periodic billing cycle. Can subscriptions cater for a plan with a limited number of sessions? I assume that a custom field will have to be created on the Customer record to keep track of the sessions (custom field to be updated by API calls from the software as the customer logs on to keep track of number of sessions used). How to perform an Upgrade
I can't find any way to upgrade a subscription to a higher package. How is this done using Zoho Subscriptions? I have looked through and can't find any way to just upgrade the subscription. I did one where I canceled their subscription then activated a new one but this hurts my stats as it shows up as a cancellation which it is not, it is an upgrade.

I have a product where customers can have 15 visits over 3 months. After 3 months the subscription automatically renews, which is perfect. Was hoping somebody could help, as we cant get any response from Zoho. All our subscriptiosn are now show this error "Sorry, You dont' have required access" when you use the url from the plan. It started about a week ago. I've tried creating new ones and they have the exact same issue.
