How do I delete a Subscription?
I have had issues adding new subscriptions, as I am new to this, but I have since tried to delete a few, and they remain in the Subscriptions screen as "Cancelled". I want them binned. Removed. So I have a clean slate of correct subscriptions. How do I do that?
PAYMENT ISSUES. PLEASE HELP
We have recently had to up date our payment method for all of our Zoho subscriptions with our new credit card details, however I have not been able update payment for our monthly Campaigns subscription. Does it now exist any report showing subscribed add-ons? Nice to see who have signed up for specific add-ons, and how many add-ons of each type which are subscripbed to. Thanks
Billing in Arrears
We are migrating to Zoho billing and have some existing customers who are billed in arrears. This is a legacy thing, so not how we plan to bill going forward. There isn't any major issues migrating these existing subscribers; they simply get billed on the next billing cycle. The only thing to remember is they owes us, not the other way round if they cancel. Zoho will give them a credit if they cancel, but we then need to charge them for an extra month. It would be nice if this was a single pro-rated
Multiple Customer Per Subscription
Can we have multiple customers per subscription. Let's say that a husband and wife sign up for a subscription. but only the husband pays with his credit card. I still want it to show in our subscription that the wife is on that plan.

When generating a new hosted page, I am sending over some parameter values for the generation of the hostedpage. How can I show the customer some more info in the hostedpage, so they know what they are actually subscribing to. Adding a new card via API and PCI compliance
Hi everyone, there might be something I am missing here, but here is what I understand : if I want to add a card, I see in the API description here that I have to send the card number with my credentials in the headers (company_id + auth_token). If I do that on our server's side, I have to have the customer credit card details hit our server and I am not allowed to do that, because we are not PCI compliant (and we do not plan to be !). Enabling Two Payment Gateways
I am looking at switching over to Forte. I have recurring subscriptions using Stripe which is my current CC gateway. Is there a way for me to leave stripe on for those already attached to it and move only new subscriptions to Forte? I am trying to avoid forcing all my clients to re-enter their CC information.

Hi, We recently moved to Zoho Books and we wrote the opening balance for last year so that we start fresh this year. This was perfect. The issue we are facing is that if I add a subscription today for a date starting 3/March/2016 it will not make invoice for it! But how we can use API with paypal gateway? As I know your hosted page make redirect to paypal during the subscription process.
