Now I have a requirement like I need to copy all data(subscription and invoice) and configuration to a newly created zoho organization. Sometimes we have customers who pay with a debit card. They have no funds in the account so their invoice becomes past due. Once they do get money in they request we "take out" the next 2 or 3 months right away while there's money in the account. How can we accomplish this in the system? BIG FAIL in currency for plans makes Zoho Subscriptions totally useless for me.
I am totally blown away that I cannot create plans in US Dollars. We are based in Costa Rica and use Zoho books. Our base currency is the local "Colon", but we invoice all of our customers on a regular basis in Dollars. The exchange rates are all automatically accounted for via a live feed. Now, we are going to start offering English classes throughout Latin America and eventually on a global scale, but now I am told it is not possible to create plans in US Dollars. In my eyes that is a BIG FAIL.
