Automatic Move of Credit Card charges to bank instead of UnDeposited Funds
As my title states, is there a way to automatically move credit card transactions to my bank, either nightly or even just straight there instead of undeposited funds? It is very annoying to have to go in to many transactions every day and modify them from undeposited to checking. Yes I know I can calculate the amount and do a transfer, but that even seems more messy instead of just showing where it went in the first place.
Zoho Books doesn't authenticate when OneAuth is offline
When I try to sign in zoho books in the navigator while OneAuth is offline, zoho books doesn't generate the QR code to scan it in OneAuth on my mobile. In other words the offline Oneauth doesn't work and the navigator sign in allows me get in with out the OneAuth offline mode. thanks

Zoho Books Mobile App recording Mileage
within Zoho Books on the desktop the new expense > Record Mileage is available to enter distance travelled and it calculates the amount based on mileage x 45p per mile. In the mobile app, I can create an expense and select the Fuel \ Milage Expense Account but it still prompts me for an amount and not a distance. User Role based on Cost Center tag
I have a potential client that has an umbrella corporation with about 10 divisions that are "Cost Centers". I know I can manage reporting via Tags. Each division has its own bookkeepers/accountants. I want one master Zoho One account for the umbrella corporation so that all the divisions can roll up for reporting. I do NOT want divisions to be able to see/edit other divisions Books. Can I create a User Role that I will call "Division X Bookkeeper", the X will be a number to represent the division?

Purchase Order Approval Signature
In the Purchase Order Template, there is the option to have a signature automatically placed into the template. A feature I like as it means the PO has the necessary approval without having to print out, sign, scan in etc. My challenge is this, the PO is 'signed' even when not approved.
