Cliq delete chat message
Hi, I have been exploring some of the coding functionality in Zoho Cliq and I believe it has the ability to create a custom Delete/Edit message feature within chat messages. However in trying to create the relevant script I'm a little unsure as to the correct syntax relevant to the command type. Is there something I have missed?? I have been trying to search this particular function and so far I haven't found anything relevant - if possible a repository of command templates would be amazing. Thanks
Delete inactive users
Hi there, I imported my data from Slack to Cliq but it's brought all my inactive users across. Is there a way I can delete those inactive users so they no longer show up in my contacts list? If there isn't, can I scrub my Cliq account and start again? Thanks.

hey cliq team, sending you a quick idea for an enhancement to collaborating via cliq. user story: as a user, i would like to @mention the current channel i'm tying in so that everyone receives a notification of my new message. this is identical to the @channel or @here methods used in Slack. @channel alerts every member of the channel, regardless of whether or not they are logged in @here alerts only members of the channel who are actively logged in at that time Cliq currently supports direct mention

Can't Login to Cliq via SAML Redirect (iOS)
We were able to successfully get SAML working with Azure AD on PC and Mac. Unfortunately, when we try and login via the Cliq app in iOS, the redirect fails with: AADST90015: Requested query string is too long. I've tested this with Zoho Mail just for kicks, and the passthrough works fine. The issue seems relegated to Cliq. Has anyone else had this issue?
Linux desktop app distribution
Currently there's only a linux installer for debian based distributions. This excludes a lot of linux desktop users for desktop installation, including me as I'm using Fedora Workstation. Is there a RPM installer on the way? Or are is Zoho working on a snap/flatpack/appimage installer?
Layout options for chat panes
The Cliq mobile app uses a layout that looks more like SMS and other chat apps with my messages on the right and messages from the person I'm chatting with on the left. I prefer that in a chat with a single individual because it makes it easier to scan up the chat history to find something they said, etc... It would be nice to have the options to toggle the layout of the chat panes on the desktop app so that you could have the default layout it has now, the opposing sides layout like the mobile
Cannot add contacts
I'm testing out Cliq and I am actively chatting with two individuals. I have pinned those conversations in order to find them again. However, nobody is listed in my contacts and I cannot add those the two users I'm testing with. I try typing their email addresses and there's just nothing to click on or any way to add them. They are listed as users in my admin panel.

Delete ENTIRE chat history?
Hello, I know how to go through the chat history and delete individual chats, I was curious if there was a way to delete ALL of them in either a single or multiple batches? We have a lot of chats going back a while and I've been deleting them individually, but I'm hoping there's a more efficient way of clearing the chat history. Thank you! Matt
Scheduler and a Random Number Generator
I want to generate a random number in the Scheduler so that I can choose one of the items from a list. As I understood, there is no random number generator in Deluge. However, it was suggested to use zoho.currenttime.toLong() and use the microseconds places to generate the random numbers. However, the Scheduler runs at a fixed time because of which the last three bits are always zero. Is there any other way to generate a random number from inside the Scheduler?
Cliq android mobile app does change the turkish "İ" character
in department name
One of our users has a Zoho People account and therefore has the department name section set on his account info on Cliq. When you browse the contact info page on the mobile app the letter "İ" in the department name does change to another character after being displayed about one second.
Admin can monitor All (joined and not) Personal Channel's Chat History
We discovered that few of our staffs do personal channel for their own purposes like selling, bashing their superior and etc. Since, it is provided by the company (we're using Zoho One Enterprise). The management dont want to tolerate this and want the admin level access to monitor all the messages in channel and PM/Chat history. Is there possible?

ScreenSharing with Cliq ?
It is great that we have the possibility to do voice and video chat with Cliq. I find myself sometimes in a situation where I would like to show my screen and for that, I need to ask my colleagues to switch to Zoho Meeting or Assist. Hello! I use the embeded chat on my class webpage for my students to reach me. I have the imo app installed on my phone. It has been working great! Until today. Logging in I get a message that says "Account msjepson@zoho.com was disconnected". I have signed in online. I have deleted and remade the account. Nothing is working. Help!
Scheduler and Bot Integration
Hey, I am working on a bot which asks "certain user" "certain specific questions" at a scheduled time interval on a recurring basis. E.g. agenda and a mood every morning. It then saves these answers into the database and report these answers on a specific channel. How can I integrate a scheduler with a bot integration? Or is there some other approach that I should start with? Thanks

Hi, The ability to collapse a post (which contains a photo, video,...) is not available? This is so useful and mainstream, I cannot believe it's not implemented in Zoho Cliq! When a task is created for me, or an @mention in an email chat, I would like to get notified of those on my mobile device. Browser not updating conversations and status updates
Using the chrome browser, we've noticed that some users (including myself) are not getting chat messages or seeing status updates unless they refresh the page. Some of them even complain of this happening in the mobile apps as well. Please help as this is really critical for our communications.

iOS notifications not pushing
I have a small group and one of my guys is not receiving any push notifications on his mac desktop app or on his iOS device. He's in another state, unfortunately, I can't troubleshoot it myself, but as a stakeholder, it's important we get this figured out. zoho.crm.getRecords() method signature issue
Hi, for some reason suddenly all my integration commands are now failing for 2 reasons: 1. They are failing authentication (I recently had to change my password due to 2-tier auth expiry) 2. More weirdly the method signatures are completely different to the documentation. Pressing F3 gives a signature of: (string, Bigint, Bigint, Map,string, Bool). Unique URL of Cliq channel
I am using Zoho CRM. I would like to create a channel of Cliq in correspondence with Potential of Zoho CRM and set the specific channel's URL in Zoho CRM 's custom field. In Zoho CRM, clicking on the URL is supposed to open the channel of that Cliq. Is there a unique URL (or unique number) in Cliq's channel? In that case, how do you know its unique URL (or unique number)?
Problem inserting Zoho Creator image (Google drive Link)
Through a Zoho Creator integration I successfully get records from my database. One of these recordsris an image of the type linked with Google drive. I properly recover the URL of the image and when I test this URL at my browser, it downloads the image (the browser does not show it, but it starts downloading it). Anyway cliq does not show at all the image. Any clue about what can be happening?
Unread response indicator in spotlight search dialog
