I´m part of a organization account in Zoho Projects, and then I opened a chat with Zoho Chat. However it seems that the Chat account is not linked to the original organization (as I had hoped), but in fact it is a new organization, on a free account. I was going to delete my chat account but as I am registered with the same email account in both organizations, will I leave both organizations? Chat Lights Up - Nothing There
I submittred a couple help requests a few days ago. Though I haven't gotten replies yet, I see that, for the first time, my chat sign is lighting up in red in the lower left hand corner. It also includes the number "1." But then, when I open up the chat window, nothing happens. Nobody's there. Correlating the two events, I wonder if somebody is trying to respond to my help requests by chat? In any case, now I have a third request...

Does Zoho Chat offer video & audio calls (esp. for groups)?
Hello, We are looking for something to replace Google Hangouts. It hasn't worked well for us. I discovered Zoho Chat and have signed up our organization for it (we already have Zoho Mail, so everything is kind of there). My question is: does Zoho Chat have the ability to video and audio call, like Google Hangouts? Specifically, can it support group video and audio calls? I've searched and searched, but can't find it. The chat system built into Zoho Mail has support for 1 to 1 video and audio calling.

We have several agents that need to change how their name is displayed when chatting with customers. My first and last name are displayed during chats, so I need to change that; and the other agents have a first initial and their last name displayed, which also needs to change if possible. Internet Explorer Document Mode issue

Major hassle forming chat groups
I'm trying to invite users to a chat group but nobody seems to respond. One told me he did not receive the invite, but had to log in to Zoho and go to Groups in order to join. He only knew to do it because I had told him to look out for the invitation which I assumed Zoho would send him. I am sure it was not such a problem to form groups when I did it before. Hello, i just starting using chat within Zoho Projects. The tool is great since it allows us to save chats by topic in order to organize our discussions. Unfortunately there's a problem with the integration between the Chat tab and the Chat widget. It seems to be one way. When i create a new chat in the Chat tab and the click on it the Chat Widget opens up with that chat in it. But if i start a new chat by clicking on a person icon the chat widget opens but there's no way to save tha chat back

I am using zoho calender, books, crm, mail and chat at the same time in separate tabs in my browser (chrome). I don't want each and every tab pops up when I chat when my staffs with zoho chat that is rather annoying. Is there is way i can disable the pop ups in other zoho apps? There is a highlighted message at the bottom of my email window that says "Unable to connect chat server...", and then it says something like "Connecting" or "Trying to connect". I don't want to connect to a chat server... I don't want to see that highlighted message there all the time... and I've found no way to get rid of it. It's kind of alarming.
