How do i merge two zoho accounts?
I have two accounts and need to consolidate. One is associated with my gmail address, on which i started using CRM and have data there. (I'd like to delete this account, but move the CRM data to the second account) The second account is my work account, we host emails with Zoho and use the mail app. Can anyone help with how best to transfer data from the first account to the second? I've tried to change gmail account primary email to match the second account email, but the system won't allow that.
Invalid credentials (failure)
On my Android phone, IMAP stopped working for my Zoho account with the error "User name or password incorrect" and "Invalid credentials (failure)" however I was able to access via web with the same credentials. I double-checked all the settings on the desktop and on the phone, and all seems to be in order, yet I still keep getting that error. What gives?

I reset my password and all my oauth tokens got deleted
I reset/changed my password yesterday and all of a sudden, none of my oauth tokens are showing up as active. Is there something that removes/deletes your oauth tokens when changing the password??

Hello; I am not able to confirm my email address My email address was previously confirmed, but I tried to change/edit my email address and now can not confirm my email address. Access Zoho Accounts API (Custom Views) using a key instead of OAuth 2.0
I would like to access Zoho Accounts data through a custom view using a key instead of OAuth 2.0. Can I do so? My requirement is offline access without user interaction. Something like a CRON job running and pulling data. I do not want to follow OAuth 2.0 process and it requires some user interaction. Please help.
Two factor authentication problem
I turned on two factor auth (fingerprint) but never received the system sms's on my phone when it requested to swipe my print. Luckily i have some backup codes. So I decided to turn off two factor auth, but in order to do so I need to confirm using oneauth on my phone - but I don't get the notifications sent to my phone. So I can't sign in (without backup codes), and I can't turn off two factor auth. WTF.
Zoho Connection problem in public areas
I would like to ask you a general question regarding the access of Zoho in public places like restaurants, coffee shops etc. Me and my colleagues when we work in this kind of public places (with our laptops) in most cases we cannot open the Zoho Platform (Mail, CRM etc.). It returns 'This site is not reachable'. But when we are connected with our mobile data then we can open the sites. Quite strange? I think it is not a wifi problem in these shops. Can I use OAuth2 to get user's zoho email?
Our company has a site with authorization ability. Everyone in company has his own zoho account, so I decided to make authorization on site through zoho. Multiple Email addresses
I have 2 email addresses that I am using on zoho. I will like to link the accounts so that I can access either of them when necessary. How can I link them to my profile? Hello! I want to close my account, but I can't. I have a business attached to the account, but before I clost the account, it tells me to delete the organization. Apparently I am not the only one that has issues trying to cancel their accounts. I would like to cancel the entire account and have spent that past hour trying to do that with no luck. How can I cancel the sites and close the account?
