Document editor not wide enough
Hi, We've written over a hundred documents in Zoho connect, and it works okay, but every time someone starts using Zoho Connect they complain that the editor is just too small (only 600px wide). It makes it very hard to write documents. Could you please make it wider or give us an option to set the width ourselves? Thanks.
Send Task Reminders to Task Assignee
Hi all, Each of my employees have their own task boards. I am always adding new tasks into their task boards with due dates and reminders. The only problem is that I am the person who receives the reminders (task creator) not the person assigned to the task. Is there a way to have the task assignee receive these task reminders without them having to create their own tasks? Thanks Matt
Organizing Groups
If there are a ton of groups, it'd be nice to create a folder structure and put the Groups in respective folders so we can have it a bit more tidier look
Cloning a Connect Group / Creating Group Templates
We are looking at creating numerous groups with similar widgets and settings. Is there a way to create a Group template that we can select instead of having to manually add web tabs and widgets, etc each time?
Zoho Connect - Events
I seem to have lots of one-off questions as I explore zConnect's features for guest users. In our Internal network, I created an Event for a group where my guest user can see it in the group feed (screenshot 2). As a guest user, I can see the event in the "Events" vertical navigation bar (screenshot 2), however, I don't see the event when I'm in the group itself and clicking on 'Events' (screenshot 3)? As myself (member user) I can see the calendar event fine in my Events view... Appreciate if
Forum vs Conversation?
I don't quite understand the different between starting a "conversation" and making a forum post? They seem to do the same thing? In an effort to clarify this for my users, is there a way to turn off "conversations"? So we don't have two different places to have discussions?
UI Issue in Zoho Connect - Night Mode
Namaskaram Zoho Connect team, In Zoho Connect, there is an option for changing the theme to 'Night Mode'. While hovering on it, it shows the option as 'Night Mode'. But after changing it to 'Night Mode', It should be changed into 'Light Mode' or it should be 'Light Mode off'. Instead of this, it is being same as earlier. Please refer following images. Great having web tabs into Connect. But this it works for general websites; when there is a log in it doesn't works. Do you have plans to allow to have web sites that needs authentifications?. Like Microsoft teams allows. I think is important to have as a web tab a Google/Microsoft/Zoho doc URL adress. Thanks
Task Comment Replies
There is the ability to respond to comments within posts and such, but not so within tasks. This causes a problem when multiple people are commenting on a task, or several comments have been made before someone is able to respond, which then makes it difficult to know what they're responding to.

Updating Manual URL
HI, In Connect, I have created several manuals. I have noticed that manuals get their own URL from the manual title. - However when I update the title (because of mistyping or change), the URL is not updated... - Also, it seems from the manual main page, some link are redirecting directly to the first article. The manual URL is the same URL of the first article in that manual. How can I update one manual URL ? Regards
Adding new tasks assigned
Hi! Could you think about adding a functionality which would allow us to add tasks assigned to specific user right from "Assigne View"? We can achieve it in "Section View" using those pluses right below the last task: We use "Assignee View" mostly so that would be a nice improvement :) Thanks. Cheers
Filter contacts by empty field
I am planning to print mailing labels from my CONTACTS module. Many of my contacts do not have an Organisation Name field filled in. I would like to print the labels only for those who have the Organisation Name field filled in. Could you please help?
Improve Manual´s interface
It would be great if the interface to create an article in the Manuals have more options to edit (format the article) like the functionalities present in the knowledgebase in Zoho Desk. One important function is to "paste" an image rather than upload a saved image.

Hi all Is it possible for a user to edit their replies to a post in Groups? Is there a setting I am missing? Also, in Groups, is there a way to change the limit to how deep a thread can go before you can't reply? Thanks

Turn off in-feed notifications for Group Events?
Hi there - is there a way to keep group events from showing up in the "My Feed" tab? We use the events calendar to track employee days on/off (see screencap), so do not need them clogging up the feed every single day. I only see a way to completely shut off notifications to the whole group, not just events.
User badges 2019
Can connect users be given badges as simple profile tags? I see there is are several topics for this same idea but they have been waiting for years. Badges and gamification have been added to desk - which is great - but they are a requirement for running an external connect network. Users need to be awarded for contributions and be able to compare with others. Users expect them. They same may be said for an internal network. The goal is to encourage users to contibute to the network and feel rewarded

We are presently trialling Trainual which seems very similar to Zoho Connect with a few additional features such as screen recorder and the ability to build tests to satisfy ourselves that a user has understood content. This would be a very useful feature in Zoho's ecosystem.

Is there any way to have a custom multi-select field for Zoho Connect? For example, we have a list of specialities and would like to be able to select which of the specialities each user has. But currently the select box only allows choosing one option.

Integrating Connect
I'm new to Workplace and finding it difficult to see how Connect integrates with Mail/Cliq/Streams. For instance, I can see the Company Connect calendar in Mail, but I can't add to it. So it's not very convenient. If I attach files to a Cliq message, do they go to Connect? What's the relationship between Streams and Connect Groups? The workflow I envision requires these two "halves" to work seamlessly together, but whatever I try, I usually end up with a Connect world and a separate world centered

COLOR AND TAG EVENT AND CREATE CUSTOM EVENT GROUP
Hi all, As we can see in the Events Section in Connect, the layout is good, but the colour is super boring and not seperate types of events by colours , we will lose imporatant /Event. Could we allow to create Tag for Event , and each Tag goes with 1 color . On the calendars , events will have colours goes with the tag. We can filter events by Tags. And also , we would like to create custom Event Group ( as cusom Task Board ... ) independently on Users Groups , and we can have Permission on Event

API Function Addition - Add guest user
Connect Team, Thanks for publishing the API! I see that we can add a member via the API, but there is not a documented function to add a guest or a restricted guest to a group. My use case for this, is that I would like to automate the process (via zoho flow webhooks) of creating a new group when I sign a new client, and at the same time, invite them as a guest to that group. Currently if I want to attach a file from ZohoConnect to a message or manual, I have to download it then reup0load it. Make files from ZohoConnect a choice from the cloud picker
My Tasks - Section View
Dear Zoho Connect team , The Task Section View is great and effective . But please do it for'' My Task ''area as well , i know it belongs to many boards , but a idea is this : - Section view by Board : Marketing Board, Sale boards .... - Section view by Prioprity ( can do for CRM & Project task in My Task as well ) - My Task view is now boring and ineffective to work with .

Allow for scheduling of dates and reminders for checklist items
Checklist items are not always done on the same day the task is due. It's imperative to have dates and reminders for these items that are sometimes used as sub-tasks.
Town Hall enhancement
I see a new module was released this morning. There was no red dot nor description in What's New to indicate what Town Hall is and how it is intended to be used. I have another internal team demo scheduled in 30 minutes and I don't know how to explain this new module. Please do better.
