Keyboard shortcuts
I have looked and made searches everywhere, but I could not find any information on keyboard shortcuts in ZOHO-Connect. Does that mean they don't exist? If not, is it not time they are being implemented? I miss the speed, handiness and ease that some clever keyboard shortcuts bring. Having to abandon the keyboard to grab the mouse and click slows down the flow and momentum. Especially on the Kanban-style task boards, keyboard shortcuts would help tremendously!
Trello cards/ Lists ► ZOHO-Connect cards/ Lists
Is it possible to create some kind of automated integration between Trello and ZOHO-Connect? (perhaps through third-party app?) I would like to have cards (and lists) created on a certain Trello-board automatically become cards/lists on the boards in ZOHO-Connect. The current "integration" does not do that - it only notifies when a card/list has been created, deleted, etc (depending on which items you select) in Trello.
Hyperlinks to OneNote
I am trying to organize myself and my business. Therefore I am setting up a 'Manual' in ZOHO-Connect to collect and consolidate important information for my businesses, which includes links to relevant websites/pages. However it turns out that a hyper-link (to a MS-OneNote section on my computer) does not work. Is there a work-around? Is that a feature in the making?
error when creating new group
I have just signed up with ZOHO-One a little while ago and just activated 'Connect', but so far I have been unable to create a group. I keep getting a message saying " Error occurred while processing your request". What to do?

Duplicating and moving manuals
I'd like to be able to move a manual -- it's in the wrong group and I don't want to recreate it all over again. Likewise, many of my planned manuals have identical chapter/article structures and headings. It would be great to have a "Master" manual template and duplicate it for each project or group. Same for tasks -- this would eliminate a lot of repetition to create new boards.
Unable to add user to group
Unable to add Diana Ortega to the group "GMU Fall 2017." When I click on "Add" it just displays the other names in the network that are not already in the group, it won't let me add her. I am the sole admin in the network (Network=Adopt an Inmate). Please advise.
Sorting of Task Activities?
How about allowing the user to support the Task Activities by Date descending? When there are a lot of activities it would be great to see the recent Activities first.
Non-Task Owners adding Checklist Items?
As group we want to be able to collaborate about the list of items (checklists) needed to complete the tasks. Unfortunately it appears that only the Task Creator (not Assignee's) can add checklist items. This defeats the spirit of collaboration. Have I got this wrong?
Restrict Task Archive ability?
Is there a way to prevent users from Archiving Tasks? We would like to have the Network Admin archive tasks, not users.

Zoho Home menu from Connect, help to forums access
Hi: Using Chrome we are unable to access our other Zoho products from Connect. There is no home button as there is with Books etc. Can we have this available for ease of use? It also helps support the teams when they can access the help forums on issue they are having--sending the email from the program is ~ok but there is no trail of the questions asked etc. and i'm sure loads your support team with the same questions if someone could go thru the forums where it guides you on same issues. Thanks
search function on mobile app
Why cant we do any searches on the mobile app? Whats the point in having this without a search function?
Plans to make wiki and manuals searchable in main Connect search bar
Any plans to do this? Not having these searchable almost makes them not usable for our needs.

Hello, when a user reply to a POST or COMMENT via email the new comment is not inserted in the platform. If the user in the reply delete the text already present in the email (from --- Reply to this email to post a comment in this conversation --- and below) the new comment is inserted in the platform. Zoho connect iOS app crash on notifications
iOS 10.3.2 I receive notification badge, but app crashes every time I tap the Bell icon. I have reinstalled the app and re-logged in. Same problem, crashes every time.
Adding Members
I am stuck on 65 members. Will not allow me to add additional members and if the member is added, you can't connect with them.

When will you allow ZoHo Connect files to sync or use ZoHo Docs or DropBox so we don't have to double upload everything into ZoHo Docs, Project and then Connect for your Partner knowledge base? Cheers, Rick

Who Can View Email Addresses?
I am trying to change "Who Can View Email Addresses?" in Zoho Connect and when I go to Policies it does not give me that option. It gives me options such as create public groups, private groups, channels, boards, and pages but not the ability to change who can view an email address. Since we are using personal email addresses for our clinicians, this can be a problem.
Video Conferencing
Several days ago I was able to use the video conferencing in Zoho Connect and it worked perfectly. After that, I tried using it again and it states "BROWSER NOT SUPPORTED." I have tried using Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Has this been a problem or it is something that I am doing wrong?
Everyone is Offline
Everyone's status shows offline even when I know they are online. Even I am offline. I am using the new version of Zoho Connect and when I go to members and click on the three bars in the left-hand corner, it opens up and it will show that the person is online or offline.
RSS feed from zoho forum incompatible with zoho connect rss integration???
This zoho forum offers and rss feed, when trying to fetch that feed and use it with the rss integration inside zoho connect, zoho connect does not recognize this feed as valid and trows an error. Great compatibility!!

Installing custom app from gallery: I get an error message saying : Error occurred, please try again later? Importing from Zoho creator: Once imported/mapped I can not seem to publish this app, its remains listed under "unpublished apps"

Pages header and Logo blocks
Why are you limiting size on a section that you have clearly defined for image customization? I cannot use the pages section for the purposes of creating an atmosphere of celebrating data, as the images in the header do not automatically stretch edge to edge or positioned and the logo block cannot be zoomed or positioned. The end result looks like blocks of white space. This section is designed to celebrate an idea, event or whatever a person might need. The visuals are highly important to communicate
Make Tasks universal across all Zoho Applications/Platforms
I feel it would be good for tasks to be a universal product across all Zoho platforms! Our company currently uses several Zoho products, but it is extremely frustrating that "Tasks" are not universal to all Zoho Platforms. As an example "Zoho Connect" has tasks but they are not the same as tasks in "Zoho Mail" tasks. Zoho Mail Tasks is much more user friendly, has more features and uses. All my posts have disappeared!
I don't know what happened but all of my company posts (but one) have disappeared from my Feed and my Company Wall for all of our users. The weird hing is in the mobile app they still appear but on the actual site they don't really not clear on why that is but need this resolved ASAP!

allow for search on all tags or messages to a single person
It would be great if you could see all tags ever created, and then see all related post. the trending does not show all tags created and if I want to go back and look at an older tag, I don't see an easy way to get access to an old tag that I may not remember the exact tag #tagwithlongnameetc also would be great to see search and see all messages to a single person with portal also would be great if search could look within message content to find a phrase or words
