Mass Update of Tasks?
Is there any way to do this? As an example I would like to update the due dates for a bunch of tasks in a project and move them to next month. Having to do this one by one is quite tedious and time consuming. Thanks

Please considering adding the ability to save a filters. At a minimum a filter should be saved during sessions. As an example if I go to All Tasks and apply a filter, if I even click to another area of Connect, the minute I go back to All Tasks the filter

Zoho Connect - Assigning 1 Task to multiple users
I see we have the ability to assign a task to multiple users. Currently if one of the people assigned to the task marks it complete, the whole task is completed. Is there a way instead to assign a single task to multiple people and it can show me that 1 of 6 have completed the tasks? Essentially I want to create a group task and assign to multiple people who can each individually check off if they've completed the task or not. And from my perspective, I can see how many people completed the task.
Mandatory Read
Is it possible to have a mandatory read button which will give The ability to flag specific content as ‘Mandatory Read’ and request that users confirm when they have read it, means you can keep a full record of who has read key content such as fire and health and safety regulations, and issue reminders where appropriate. plus this would also give a report of those who have read and who have not read the article/post along with the ability to remind the user to read the mandatory read post.

How do repeating tasks work in Connect?
I set up a task to repeat every 2 weeks on a certain day of the week. But the first time I completed the task and marked it complete, it was completed like any other task, but no new occurrence was created for 2 weeks from now. How can I actually set up a repeating task that actually shows up as scheduled for each date in the time period designated, and where I can complete the task on each date but still have it for all future dates?

Tasks, Events & Settings not working anymore
Dear all, since almost an hour ago our Connect lost most of its functionality. All of the pages now have "undefined" as the meta tile and the followoing functions don't work anymore: All the tasks are gone. Task boards are still there though. All the events are gone. The navigation on the right side (options, users, integrations) is not working at all. Is there any way to fix this? Did any of you encounter this problem before?
Table View aka Spreadsheet View - Please Add for Boards
Last year Zoho added a Table View to Zoho Desk and it's not an exagerration to say it was transformative and very well received. Could we have a Table View added to Boards in Zoho Connect? It would be beyond useful to be able to see all relevant fields in a Table View and instantly sort by any column, and IMO would significantly expand what can be done using a Board. Zoho Connect external networks - web chat?
Hi all, I am trialing Zoho Connect external networks for use in building a community around our products. I was asked if this application supports private chats and I was like "yes it has web chat" because I recalled seeing this on the pricing page. However I can't see anywhere in the guest UI how to start a private chat? (I also should note that I can't find any documentation on this "One-One Chat (Web)" mentioned on the pricing page) Is chat only possible using Cliq chat/channels between intranet
Admin Stepping Down from NetworkQuestions
Our network admin is stepping down and will be disabled from the network in a few weeks. My questions that I cannot seem to find answers for. 1- Our admin has set up our processes, files and manuals. She has conducted surveys for meetings and posts. Will all of her activities be available to the network when she is disabled? 2- Is it possible to edit her login email address to "move" her user to her replacement? I can see I can edit Name and photo but cannot see the option to edit email address 3-
View Only Boards
It would be helpful for an admin to be able to designate a board view only. We migrated from Trello to ZohoConnect and there are some uses cases here (https://trello.com/inspiration) like the Employee Manual where we would not want users to be able to edit tasks. We would only want them to be able to view, open/download attachments).
Trying to edit an article in a Zoho Connect manual
I'm in the process of moving several company procedures into articles within a manual in Zoho Connect. I've created the manual, and input 2 articles so far. The input was fine, but I can't figure out how to go back and edit an article that's been published! I see no edit option anywhere and I'm logged-in as theAdmin. Help! -DH
Zoho Connect | List View For Manuals
Hi Support, Just a feature request for Zoho Connect. It would be great if we could switch the view of our manuals from grid view to list view. This is possible in Zoho Learn currently so we'd like it added to Zoho Connect too (see attached). It makes it much easier to see all the Connect manuals at once if they're in list view. Connect API - allow to assign Task follower

Change tab labels for groups in Connect
Some of the default labels like Manuals for apps in a Group do not always make sense when you have an external community. We would like to be able to override the default label for each group (we may call a Manual "Resource Library" for one group, but a different Manual "Tools and Templates" for a different group as an example.
Adjustable Panes In Articles | Feature Request
Hi Zoho, Could we please request the panes be made adjustable when editing or viewing articles? As you can see in the screenshot below, the left hand pane (all the white space) takes up half the screen making the actual article text much smaller. It would be better if the left hand pane (which lists the chapter/article name) could be re-sized, ie; made more narrow to allow the article body text pane to be much larger and take up most of the page.
