Hi, Out of the box, Zoho CRM makes the Last Name and Company fields mandatory/required. This means I cannot save a new lead without having to enter Last Name and Company. However, that doesnt work for me because we need to import leads sometimes only with email address and later as we know the customer we can add names and companies. So, how and where do I make the Last Name and Company fields not required/not mandatory? I dont need to delete them, just to make them optional. Thanks! David

Hello, I would like to lock the potential stage when it reaches a Closed stage (Closed - Won, Closed - Lost or Closed - Cancelled). I don't want to allow my users to reopen a Deal once it is closed. I have created a Blueprint for the Stage field which locks it, but once the Blueprint ended in one of the Closed stages, the field is editable and the user can move the oportunity into any stage.
