Major issue with Pick-List fields in Leads that map to same field in Accounts: if you need to change the pick-list values, you have to change them in BOTH the Leads and then the Accounts records. Surely changes in one should cross over to changes in another?

Do I understand this correctly, Wizards are only available when manually creating leads? We are have most of our leads entered into the CRM through a web form. So when we go into to work or update a lead, some of the information is already in the lead. But it would be helpful if the Wizards would be something we could launch when we are working a lead to ensure we got all the data, or just to better organize the profile into cards.
