Email sent from CRM Sales Order screen not showing in Email tab
When I choose a Sales Order, click on the Send Mail button and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email with attachment as expected. I also see the email in the Emails section of the Sales Order. However, when I click on the Emails tab in Zoho and take a look at my Sent mail folder, I don't see this email. Is this as expected?
