New Interface for Tasks in Contacts Overview
Is anyone else having issues with the new interface for tasks in the contact overview? It was changed to be in a box with calls and meetings. The box is now narrow and small so you can't see all of your tasks at once. Also, you can't organize them by

ZOHO Team, It would be wonderful if you could allow for the creation of a note record with your Zapier integation. We have current customers submit forms on our Hubspot managed website all the time and I would like for those actions to be recorded somehow in the Contact and Account records in ZOHO crm. If there's already some way to accomplish this please let me know. My preference would be for a Note to be created and associated with the appropriate record (authenticating by email match). Thanks!
Track Emails as Activities
Does anyone know of a way to watch on the HOME screen any emails sent from my staff as an Activity. We are using BCC Dropbox and its working great but I need a way to watch the daily communications from my staff to our clients, zoho dosen't seem to treat an outgoing email as an Activity. Is there a way to convert back to the old view of Tasks/Meetings/Calls? This new view makes it difficult to view especially since we only use the Meetings. The view was much better when it was a detailed list view rather than the blocks.
