Postcodes for Sales Territories
Hi We use Postcodes (We are a UK Business) for our Territory Management and have encountered a problem that I am hoping someone can help with or advise a workaround for. If a lead is in Newport in Wales with a Postcode of (NP) it puts it into 2 territories as it also pulls back Greater London as the lead territory (Postcode of N against it) so I have ended up having 2 territories against the lead. When completing a call, we type in the result of the call in the description. However, that does not show up under the notes history on the contact. Setting up distributor relationship
Hello, We are a manufacturing company that works with large distributors that sell our products to end users. Once a PO is issued we ship directly to the end user. I haven't been able to find a way to express that relationship in the CRM so that it also syncs with Zoho Books. Workflow Update Field Syntax
Hi, it seems that the update field part of workflow is pretty limited. For text field updates, can any formulas be used? For example, to concatenate data to a field rather than overwrite it? ie: new value for A = A+B It would be great to have similar (or better) functionality as the custom calculated fields. "Call Now" action button dissapears after refreshing any page that using a Canvas layout
This problem only happens with pages using a Canvas layout. If a Canvas page contains a "Call Now" action button, it will dissapear when the page is refreshed. See attached image for refference.
