In my contact list on surname you can click the all icon to the right of surname and just view surnames starting with a particular letter. Is it possible to add this feature to a custom field column. Thanks.

Workflow rule doesn't trigger via Zapier
I want to assign leads geographically. Lead assignment feature is not working for this whatsoever. Workflow triggers and send notification when a lead is created manually but not when it's created through Zapier.
