Why doesn't Zoho have the option to preview emails? I use the Merge Field Value's quite a bit so I don't have to manually type in Lead's names or Business names. If one letter is off by an accident, it throws off the Merge Field Value and I look disingenuous.
Is there any way to preview an email created by a template prior to sending?
This seems like it should be a no-brainer. On this same subject, it is possible to automatically cc the sender/owner on the email to ensure that there is tangible evidence that the email was actually sent?
