Inventory Module Problems
There are significant problems with the Inventory Module we have been reporting for the past two years and we have yet to see any progress on resolving these. The problems we have seen are: 1. You can DELIVER a Purchase order more than once which adds to the Qty In Stock value. Solution: Prevent Purchase orders from being DELIVERED more than once 2. Ring Central issues with documenting calls
I'm reviewing ZOHO CRM on a trial basis to determine if this is the right cloud-based solution for my company. I am building a customer portal based on Zoho CRM. As the users will be clients with no training I want to provide them with help on each form / module.
