# of tags in a Module
I see you can have 10 tags per contact and 100 per module. My question, is that 100 total individual tags or a combination of all contacts? Example: If I have 500+ contacts, can they all have tags? or is it just 100 of them? Thanks Stanley

Forecasts No Longer WORKING
ZOHO TEAM IMMEDIATE FIX IS NEEDED!!!!! There has been ongoing problems with the forecast module and how it works, most recently reported here About 2 weeks ago, I notified Zoho that I lost the ability to see my forecasts, I saw them but with no monthly data. As a manager even though the forecast module was weak at best I would manage the company wide forecast by all potentials and not by individual rep. They or course did not manage their own forecasts due to the problems noted in the other post

CRM Conditional Layout based on contacts age/birthday
I am using a formula field that calculates my customers current age based on the info from the DOB (date) field. This works pretty well other than the fact it does not auto-update and will only change if the page is edited. The problem I'm running into is that I'd like to create a conditional layout to only show a specific "section" of the "contacts" module IF the customer is over a specific age.
