No SMS logging for RingCentral
I am evaluating Zoho to see if it is right for my company. So far so good, I have one major hiccup and that is by the looks of it, if I am a Ringcentral customer then I am out of luck. With out purchasing new did’s (Numbers) or paying to use a third party software and using their did’s, I cannot send sms through Zoho using RC’s DID’s, when I do use them it is not logged in the lead or contact history.
