Deleting Accounts / Sync to other products
Hi, We have one way sync from CRM to Desk and Inventory. When we delete accounts within CRM, the accounts aren't deleted within Desk and Inventory. Certainly many of them have any other records like tickets or sales orders against them, so we would expect them to be deleted via the sync. Is there anything we should be doing, as at the moment we have orphaned accounts within Desk and Inventory, which do not exist within CRM. Thanks Dave

Hello, I need to setup a schedule for automated emails to all billing contacts on unpaid Invoices. I believe this requires a schedule to be setup based upon a function, and I'm looking for help setting up this function. There are two parts I need help with in the Deluge editor: Sending email To the email of all contacts who are attached to Invoices with a status of either "Unpaid" or "Paid in Part" and a "Due Date" after the current date. Hi - I would like to be able to send notifications to my users/agents of changes that I make to the CRM and Desk systems. Something like Zoho does when you are depreciating something or you made significant changes, so you tell us of those changes with a pop-up or a floating alert in the corner or a banner at the top. Get Lead ID from associated Calls Record (Activity)
We have a webhook that will send the Call record on certain condition to Zoho Flow. The issue is that even though the call is associated with the lead, I can't find a way to extract the Lead ID. When the call is associated to a lead, how can I get the Lead ID from Call record? Please let me know if there is a custom function I can create to accomplish this.

Ability to Duplicate Existing Webform
I've been using webforms on a variety of landing pages to help convert ad clicks into leads registered in Zoho. As a requirement of my privacy policy, I need to build a web page where users can manually unsubscribe by entering their contact information and managing their subscription preferences. Hello! I ve two IMAP Accounts, where emails coming in. (two business divisions) I want to get both parsed by the CRM. Whow can I do this? The BCC Dropbox seems to be only for outgoing messages? "The received mails that are related to the particular lead, contact or deal will then get listed under the Emails section in that Lead's, Contact's or Deal's page respectively."
