Kanban View
I can't make the Kanban view to work on Leads Module. It just doesn't show. Whenever I click on the Kanban module y shows a blank page and that's it. Am I the only one with that problem? Can you please help me?

Hi, I embeded ZohoForm on our website https://mynutriweb.com/join/ I integrated it with CRM and SalesIQ as per instrictions but it doesn't seem to work. I mean I can't see "Visit Summary" nor "Visits - Zoho SalesIQ" information in my CRM leads - any ideas how to fix that? thank you

How to populate a field value to another field before new value
Hello, On the Leads Module, is it possible to capture the value of a field before it is changed and store the previous value in the same module before it is saved? For example. Agent = "Joe" Previous Agent = "Frank" The record is then updated and the Agent name changed to "Bob", so we would like to store Agent to Previous Agent before overwriting with "Bob" After Update: Agent = "Bob" Previous Agent = "Joe" I have started creating a function but I am unable to get this value before update. How to Query Deal based on Auto-Number Field
We have an "Auto-Number" field in our Zoho Deals Module that we label "Contract ID". This number is automatically generated on each deal. This is also the number that we hand over to our clients. What we are hoping to do is for our customers to register on our website, they have to type their "contract ID" and also their Zip Code (also a field on the deal) on a form. Phone fields
Hey Everyone, I was wondering if it is possible and if it makes sense to create a subform for contacts which consists of labels and phone fields. The reason is, we have ofter customers with a big variety of phone numbers and I dont want to create 10 more "other phone" fields, especially as we would need individual labels. Question now: are there any downsides of working with a subform? if i integrate later on with my phone system /PBX, which fields are used to lookup for contact information? Does
Layout of page shifts when I print
I created a mail merge template in Zoho. It looks fine on the screen. When I go to print it shifts the entire page over to the right and up. What could be causing this? Thanks, Ken

Hello Zoho community, I have the following problem: I would like to send an email to a group of people and would like to be actively confirmed that they have read the email. It would be nice if the email recipient had to press a button and thus confirm the receipt. I would have preferred if I had a field in Zoho CRM in which the date and time of the confirmation were recorded. BCC should trigger Last Activity Time change
Hi. I just started using BCC - much more user friendly than Outlook plug-in and more convenient than using email within Zoho. It seems to me that when using the BCC feature the "Last Activity Time" is not triggered to show the lead was emailed. This gives the impression that leads are not being managed when looking at this list view. Is there any way to have the Last Activity Time show that the contact was emailed? Thanks. Cheryl
Searchable serial number registration
Hi, I've been searching, but haven't been able to find a solution yet. I'm looking for a way to enter serial numbers in a way we can easily search for the number and instantly see the associated Contact/Account. I'd think this is a basic requirement, but it seems to be harder than I expected. If we enter the unique serial number in a note, whether associated with a Contact, Account or Sales Order, we can search it. Mass delete may have you delete unwanted records?
We recently imported around 20k contacts into Zoho CRM from a CSV-file generated by Salesforce. Around 4k of those had a field 'ISDELETED' that indicated whether those contacts were deleted in Salesforce. We mapped this field to a new field in Zoho in order to be able to delete them later on. Afterwards, I attempted to use the Mass Delete functionality where I used this field to filter the results. Currently, when you click on "Add a new task," you fill in the Subject and Due Date on the first screen, but are required to click on REMINDER to set up a reminder on a second screen. Alternating Lead Owner (based on fields)
I have two questions... 1. Is there a way to alternate that lead owner when a lead arrives? E.g. Lead 1 assigned to Salesperson 1. Lead 2 assigned to Salesperson 2 (Repeat) 2. Is there a field box to show when a lead was created, even if it is converted to a contact or potential. E.g. to show when it first came into the CRM. Hi, I am using Calendly to let new leads and existing contacts/customers book appointments with me. I managed create a Zap that adds new leads to Zoho CRM as a lead. What I cant figure out is how to add the booked appointment to the lead or contact as an activity. Zapier actions dont seem to do that. Also: what is the best way to check, if a person who books an appointment already exists?

I would like to see the ability to send an email in the quick action list in VENDORS. Can I add this feature through the customization menu ? I find that the inmail module is really poorly integrated into ZohoCRM. Now that is the feature we paid for. I really hope you will improve it swiftly.

I have been looking to see if I have missed something. It appears that when I run a report on last activity it excludes email ! If I'm right on this this is a huge shortcoming. We have recently upgraded in the chance we were missing features on the free version...so far no luck on this. Thank you for your input.

I have just learned that in order for a iPhone to show caller ID based on contacts in Zoho the phone number must be formatted +1 (###) ###-####.
