We have started using subfields to get around the lookup field limit on forms but we have not found a way to import data and populate them in bulk. On the backup and migration mapping they appear as separate file, like a separate module. But we can't find a way to populate them via import because you can only choose one file at a time when importing. Is there a way to set up zoho crm so that it requires a signature from a client when changing deal stage? Basically when changing deal stage I have some fields that become mandatory and customer must accept before proceeding, but we also need a signature from client. I have been using Zoho to track my buyer leads for real estate and have customized many of the functions. What I would ideally like to do is to input all our properties (which we can do using the existing products tab) and be able to match products (ie properties) with leads. For example a lead looking for a property in a certain areas between price a and price b would come up as a match. Conversely, if we add a new property it will match with buyers who match the property type and price range etc.

Related list name customization disabled for "Member Accounts"
Does anyone know why the edit button next to the related list name for Member Accounts (associated to the standard lookup field Parent Account) on the accounts module quick view is disabled? I can edit the names of most related lists but this one, along with the activities related lists names, is impossible change. I wouldn't like to use a new custom field to replicate what the Parent Account field does just to be able to put the related list name that I like. Any specific reason for this limitation.
Forumula Field only updates after editing record

Can a migration (especially from backup file) overwrite existing data on the CRM? If backup data that contains record maps gets uploaded to the CRM that has existing data with those same records, will it over write the data or create back ups? Some follow up questions: If it overwrites the data and I undo the import of the migration, does it delete the records (and the data previously held there) or does it restore them to their original form?
User Access by Territory
We have a B2C business that operates multiple activity courses that are defined in our CRM as territories. We have new staff joining us who we'd like to only be able to access their activity clients, but not see the rest of the database. How do we set this up in the role/profile? In addition to this, a client may have done more than 1 activity and so may be allocated to multiple territories. In that instance, we'd like the user to be able to see all contact details events/mail/notes etc.
Changing font sizes in module pages to reduce page size and scrolling
Is there a way to reduce the font size on module pages in order to reduce the size of the page and reduce scrolling? Also with the same reasoning in mind, is there any plans to allow 3 columns in the module pages for the same reason? Regards Andrew

Integration Zoho CRM with Zapier

I have a query: We have integrated Zoho CRM with Zapier but the leads are created with a single owner. We need the leads that come from Zapier to be automatically assigned to different owners.
Zapier only allows you to assign a Zoho user, not all users.
Example. The Lead enters Zoho and its owner is Ana. (Ana is the user who is connected to Zapier). We want it to be assigned to either Peter or Josh or John or Ana.

Lead Sources Overwritten
Hello, At some point, I believe I may have overwritten the original values from within the Lead Source standard field. For example, let's say an original value for Lead Source was Partner and I overwrote that value to Web Form: Now, when I receive leads from a webform via Zapier and specify the lead type = Web Form, the result I get for Lead Source when the lead posts into Zoho is Partner - not web form. Unfortunately, I can find no way to repair this issue. Any thoughts?
Territory Management in a B2C environment
We are configuring CRM for a B2C client who runs multiple e-commerce stores. For B2C i have used the standard set-up of changing 'account name' to 'not required' for Leads, Accounts, Contacts etc. I wanted to use Territories to split our crm data based on which e-commerce store (domain) they users has come from - probably defined in the Lead Source field. However I note that to create a territory you only have the option to apply an Account Rule, which is redundant in the B2C scenario. Any suggestions

First name in Leads
Hello, When Leads are created, they appear with a Lead name. When I want to edit the lead, only the field Last Name appears, and not the first name. I tried to go in Parameters -> Modules and Fields, and check if the first name was here. Actually, when I do a preview of how the lead should look, the first name appears as a field.
