Related List Emails
Does related list emails show up the same way for everyone where you have to select from different options to view certain related emails? Screenshot below; I'd rather just have one set of related emails displayed or at least have "All" as the initial selection for viewing.
How to disable quote for edit when not on "Draft" stage?
Hi there! We are working on a CRM implementation here, and one important requirement is that Quotes should only be editable when they are on "Draft" stage? Using the Layout Rules feature allows only to hide fields completely but, what we need here is just to disable them, or somehow let the user to see the records but not to edit them. We are trialling Aircall One thing we have noticed is that when calling UK mobiles (not landlines) the phonebridge pop does not work when we click to dial from the record. Does anyone have any idea what could be preventing phonebridge activating? Thanks

We tried to use the Customer portal but after seeing that our customers UI will be as our Zoho CRM UI we decided to look for a Wordpress approach pulling and pushing data to Zoho CRM with the PHP SDK. Custom Module Bug
When you create a custom module there is no system field displayed for "Modified Time", "Created Time and "Last Activity Time", they just get placed anywhere on one of your sections, so when you view the module in the mobile app, they are often in the middle of your data fields. Layout Rule based on Formula Field?
Is it possible to trigger a layout rule (show section) based on the output of a formula field? I’m using a formula to concatenate a string of text, and want to trigger a layout rule if that field’s output contains certain words. When I try to set up the layout rule conditions, the formula field is not available as a primary trigger just like if it was a multi-select picklist. Is this not possible and simply isn’t noted in the documentation?

Hello Zoho!!! The title says it all, the ability to click to call from canvas view so I can seamlessly communicate to leads with the information needed right in front of me without having to go to a separate page or entering that leads actual location. Also Being able to select/ change the leads status in that same field would also be invaluable t the way i run my business. Is this possible? Vonage integration
We have been trying the Vonage integration for a few weeks now. This is what is offered: Screen Pops: Comes up and stay "Calling agent..." forever. Call Logging: The popup comes up only for outgoing calls and it remains "Calling agent..." forever, so it's failing. For incoming calls there is never popup, still there is a log in the popup integration showing all as Missed and never reach the CRM to be registered. The installation worked well, but once I activate the synchronisation, meeting invitations will be send to the customer once again. If one of these processes don't work how would you know? Creating bulk read job with callback - no data posted to callback url?
I am creating a bulk read job with bulk api and use a URL as callback. The documentation says: 'The Bulk Read Job's details is posted to this URL...'. But there is no data posted to the URL (in php, the $_POST array is empty). The callback page is called (I wirte a timestamp to a logfile), and when I attach some get parameter to the URL, the $_GET array is filled. Is this intentional, or should there be some data posted (at least the bulk read job id)?

Hi There, I work for Zoominfo and we integrate with Zoho, but I have client getting the error referenced in the title when attempting to integrate their zoominfo account with Zoho. They have all the necessary permissions enabled, so I am unsure why it is failing. One thing I am noticing is when they initially click connect, a popup appears asking them to login to zoho, and the url is zoho.com, but when they click login, it reroutes to a zoho.in page, where the error displays. Copy Value from Task to Contact Function Says Successful Update Did Not Happen

Duplicate Value
I was able to add "Do not allow duplicate value" to the account layout so if an account it created and someone tries to add the same one it will populate a message indicating just that. I do not see that option on leads or contacts... is this available onthose modules? or would i need to set up some kind of workflow?

Hey all, So I’ve been looking for a free or cheapest way to sync MailChimp subscribers to Zoho leads. Zapier seems to be in the middle with 20/25$ a month. Automate.io is the most expensive with 40/49$ a month. And I also found PieSync which is the cheapest at 10$ a month. Truth is, I don’t have a lot of subscribers so I’m not really into paying too much for this. Is there another way to do this? Maybe for free? Or cheaper than 10$ a month? Thank you!
Change date field when status changes
I would like to record the date upon which lead status changes. My understanding is the modified date field records the date of any change. Therefore, I have a custom date field and am writing a workflow rule. However, I do not see any kind of 'on change' function. How would I do this? My attempts thus far have changed _all_ date fields, not just that records so I assume it is an issue with when the action is triggered. Any help would be appreciated.

Importing about 2,700 accounts - 30 minutes and they still have not shown up
I just ran a successful import of a CSV file with about 10 import fields. This was done into an empty account database so nothing in the database. The import process said that it was successful and that it would "take a few minutes" too process. Is there some way to check on the progress? Is it possible that the import failed and was not reported to me.

Hi all together, I've made a template for our quotes and it is working fine. In the quote I have the product area included with <tbody id="lineItem" >. The table shows the Name, Code, Picture, Description, Price, Quantity e.g. Because of long product-descriptions this table could be more than one page long. Now I want to have on the last page of the offer a summary like this: S.Nr. | Code | Name | Price | Quantitiy | Sub Total The problem is, that is not possible to include a second <tbody id="lineItem">.
