Using organization emails with Zoho CRM on DMARC protected domain
Hello, We have configured Zoho CRM to integrate with gmail (which is where we host our emails). Our domain uses SPF/DKIM and DMARC to improve deliverability. So the individual user emails are being sent through the google API and the security is well aligned. However, we'd like to use the organization emails to send emails from no-reply@domain.tld. We have set-it up but we can't find a way to connect no-reply@domain.tld to google API (no-reply is actually a gmail account with login). As a consequence,

Limit of Ten Links per Module
Could the limitation of ten links per module be removed? We use links to code various URL's, mostly the creation of scheduling links for Appointlet but also some other things like to format and email message with CRM data. We use the Professional version which works great for us so we don't have access to custom buttons.

Subforms> Set a Required field for only the subform when adding a row
Have run into an issue recently. I use subforms however when a user filled in a subform row they did not fill out some fields. When I tried to make these fields "Required" it reflected when trying to save a new record instead of when focused just on the subform row. For example In a module called Courses, we have a subform called Students. Each course then has a list of students. Hi, I have defined a custom function which gets executed for every record creation in a module. The custom function takes contact name, email id as input and creates a user in an external application. Here I would like to how to read response object returned by POST URL? Deals with Multiple Contacts - Emails showing up in the deal
Hi, For some of our deals, there is more than 1 contact involved. I have added the contact and associated the contact to the deal through the contact roles function. However, I am finding that the only emails that appear on the deal are those between our employee and the contact who is filled in on the "Contact Name" field. Product Group Linked to Multiple Vendors
Morning, I have a Vendor that has multiple addresses where our Engineers pick up from. Is there a way I can set up all their addresses in Vendors and all look at the one Product list?. I could create a Products list for each, but just seems a lot of work to update with price changes etc.. Validation error
I have created a pick list that allows salesmen to choose a relevant reason that we might lose a Deal. When a Deal is moved to the "Closed Lost" stage the validation rule mandates this field is completed. This field presents itself in the pop-up that is cued when the stage is updated to Closed. For some reason when an option is selected from the pick list the save option is not enabled. We can work around this by updating the pick list before the stage but I am pretty sure something is broken here.

Hi, I am importing data from other Zoho crm data and I got below error. Put the "Note module" for example: when Note is exported to a csv file and imported to other zoho crm, the Note ID cannot be selected and the system cannot proceed to next step and give this error message "The mandatory field 'Note ID' must be mapped." under the mapped field, the Note ID is not shown and cannot be selected.
Default Lead Owner from Unbounce
I am having trouble with the leads coming in under my name as default from unbounce. Unbounce just requires the api key to integrate so I am not using a zoho form and therefore I cannot change the "assign to user" field that would normally be available. Is there a place I can change the default lead owner when a new lead is created? Matt C.

Exporting Product Module doesn't include Subform Data
Hi everyone, I don't know why Zoho's vast capabilities don't account for this, but when exporting a module it will only export the data from the master module to the excel sheet and doesn't include the subform data. I urgently need to set-up our inventory and neither Zoho Inventory nor Zoho Creator can fulfill our requirements the way the CRM Product Module can. But if I can't import the products via excel sheets it's useless. Please assist with possible workarounds or solutions! Highly appreciated!

So in the PDF Export of Quotes, we have "Discount" on a line-item base. As we dont want to show the expression, when no discount is given, how can we hide it? In word you can set rule, depending if the output from zoho database would be 0,00, but the interpreter of zoho can't do it (actually it can't do anything...) Any Workarounds?
